Adoption Terms of Agreement
By completing the adoption process, you, the adopter/purchaser, agree to the following terms and conditions:
Non-Commercial Breeding Policy
Seven Snorkies does not engage in any form of breeding nor operate as a commercial breeder. We are a family dedicated to providing loving homes for our animals and are committed to ethical, non-commercial adoption practices.Adopter's Oath

By completing this transaction, you are committing to this oath, ensuring that the adopted animal’s welfare is your priority.Finality of Transactions
All adoption transactions must be paid in full at the time of adoption. To ensure secure and safe transactions, we do NOT accept cash payments. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Once payment is made, the transaction is final, and we do not offer returns or reimbursements under any circumstances.Adopter/Purchaser Responsibility
The adopter/purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all required vaccinations, check-ups, and health care are completed for the adopted animal. It is expected that the animal will receive proper veterinary care throughout its life.Hold Policy
If you request to place a hold on a puppy, you are granted a 72-hour window to complete the adoption agreement and transaction. If no agreement or payment is made within this timeframe, the puppy will be made available to other potential adopters on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you wish to extend the hold period beyond 72 hours, a non-refundable $150 fee is required to secure the puppy for an additional 72-hour period. This fee will be applied toward the adoption cost.Electronic Acknowledgment
By electronically acknowledging this agreement, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to the terms outlined above and wish to proceed with the adoption process.Puppy Health and Welfare
All puppies available for adoption are at least 8 weeks of age or older. We believe in keeping puppies with their mother until they have reached this age to ensure they meet necessary developmental milestones. Puppies are weaned and able to consume puppy food, drink water, and milk independently. Before 8 weeks, puppies are typically protected by their mother's antibodies if they are nursing, but vaccinations are still essential to provide long-term protection. Always consult a veterinarian for the best vaccination schedule for your puppy. As an adopter/purchaser, you will be responsible for the fulfilling all vaccination and treatment schedules. We also provide pureed pumpkin as a natural remedy to ensure a healthy stool and prevent worms.
